Polo Park Zellers Redevelopment

This was a design assist project. Working in conjunction with the design team to provide a cost effective redevelopment of the Second and Main levels of Polo Park. This redevelopment added an additional 24 Tenant spaces.

Included in but not limited to this design were the following.
• Base building distribution (relocation, additions to and redesign of existing Distribution to accommodate the redevelopment without affecting existing operations)
• Installation of Tenant distribution and Telecom Services
• Installation of Energy efficient LED lighting
• Life Safety and Security Systems
